Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale or final clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a full refund, including shipping.
